Ok, starting from the top from the email that was sent out.
"There is no ‘winning’ scenario; “Kingdom” will be removed for the time being."
I always assumed this was a joke. If it's not, I was unaware you could win at RP.
"Steal will now only reallocate 1 wealth as opposed to 2."
No problems here.
"A new 20pt infrastructure development, “Vault” will be added. “Vault” offers a +5 against steal attempts."
What pool is this AP cost coming from? Martial, Black Ops, Espionage, or Magic.
"In addition to “Entrapment” which requires a specific action and specific PO, 2 new options will be made available; “Anticipation” and “Paranoia”, each providing a +2 against a specific action from any PO and a +2 against any hostile action from a specific PO. Each of these actions will cost 2 ESP."
Looks cool to me.

Please define this more. What systems are going to be involved for this?

One PO overtly failed to commit an act against another. o Hidden – Success: Target PO, Action are private. Perpetrating PO is unknown. One PO subtly struck at another PO and vanished without a trace. o Hidden – Failure: Target PO, Action are public. Perpetrating PO is private. One PO gets caught red-handed mid-subterfuge. o Secret – Success: Target PO, Action are public. Perpetrating PO is unknown. Looks fine I think.

What systems are going to be involved for this? This is actually a 'my bad'. That should be under the "Coming Soon" header as its something I want to write up mechanics for and have rolled about the board a bit before I implement it.
